just for laughs...

so here's a little list of embarassing moments in my life:

i)
Date:
Nov. 23, 2006 Location: Don Mills Subway Station [Bus Terminal]
Scenario:
Like many bored commuters, I read the Metro newspaper whenever I can get a copy. When my bus had arrived to the station, I was still in the middle of reading my newspaper. I decided to not put the paper away, as I made my way off of the bus. Instead of stepping onto the platform, my foot went into the gap inbetween the bus and the platform. Resulting in me tripping over with both knees hitting the ground and my hands stopping my whole body landing on the floor. People waiting for the bus, quickly came over and asked if I was alright. I ,too embarassed too look at them, simply replied "Yes" and chuckled a bit and ran away hoping no one recognized me.

ii)
Date:
Nov. 25, 2006 Location: Milliken Park Community Recreation Centre (Where I work) Scenario: Each session of the preschool program, we would normally say bye to the kids and their parents. I was at the front desk at the centre, and was waiting for the parent to write something down. As I was waiting, I was talking to the child that was in the program. Her sibling was beside her. The conversation went something like this:

Tim (to child in program): Is that your little sibling?
Child: Yes
Tim (to little sibling): Does your big sister take care of you?
*little sibling does not respond*
Tim (to child in program): Do you take care of him?
*child nods*
Dad: It's a her.
Tim: Oh sorry, her toque covered her face a bit.
*Tim quickly runs away to the back office*

iii)
Date:
Nov. 29, 2006 [today] Location:UofT - CSC384 Lecture [class just ended]
Scenario:
Usually as soon as the class ends, I would leave asap because I have to catch the GO bus at Union. Most of the class has left already when I was walking out of the room. The prof was still packing up when I walked pass him. As I stepped pass him, the prof stops packing up and looks and me and says "YOU should really go to office hours. It is really helpful. The TA can answer any questions you may have or help you if you are having problems with the assignment." Keep in mind that my prof ignored the person infront of me and the person behind me, and had only stopped to talk to me. LOL my prof thinks I'm an idiot.
