finally got Braveheart on DVD

disclaimer: dis is gonna b a total rambling entry...

finally got Braveheart on dvd yesterday..it is such a good movie..watched it again dis morning...itz juss truly amazin to c how William Wallace (da main character) tryin to make his dream into a reality..dis is wut i got from the movie..n how it relates to my life..

William Wallace though started his rebellion cuz the English official killed his wife...but it led to his dream of freedom for Scotland..which was under English ruled at the time...n da whole movie is about this dream of his..n how he tries to make it come tru...i tink often for me...dere r times when i will have a total surge of wantin to do sumthin..den it fades...cuz the passion fades....often i tink for a lot of us...the passion juss comes n goes...at one point in our lives we would really want sumthin to happen..n do wut we can to c it happen..but as the passion dies or when things don't go our way...we lose hope n give up....passion does come n go..but the dream will never die...i totally takes more commitment to make a dream to come tru than passion...tho passion might get u take ur first steps down dat path..it is commitment gets you thru the journey....it juss got me tinkin cuz in da beginning of dis summer...dere were a lot of things i wanted to c happen by the end of summer..den things happen...n my personal time juss get decreased extremely n da passion to follow thru juss dies...i tink itz often when things like dis happen ...change will never occur...n dream will never come tru..but the dream does not die..it NEVER dies...it is in each one of us...n it is for us to commit to it...n make it come tru...

so wut now ? it totally starts w/ dat dream..better yet..dat vision..vision to wut we want to c happen around us...more specifically it is God's vision for our lives..for our ministry...for our time here...it is knoin wut He has planned for us..wut He wants us to do...where He wants us to go...unless we have a vision we wouldnt even kno where to take our first step...we'll b lost...we given a sense of direction w/ dat vision...William Wallace had a dream he wanted Scotland to b freed...n everything he did...was focused on dat goal...no matter how hard the journey may b...he would not wander away from his path towards dat goal....once we got dat vision...it'll actually involves us to get into action.to move towards the goal...tho the journey mayb tough..mayb discouraging...seein His vision come tru will b worth every single step...every moment of hardship...i tink often i get discouraged a lot...becuz i do not c the fruits of the labor...juss teaching Sunday School the past yr..or helping out in JICC...sometimes it juss makes me wonder if i get thru the kids or not...or do dey even care about wut im sayin to dem...itz like spending so much time on sumthin..yet dere r no result..but itz endless work..n truly i kno i am wrong to tink dat way..n i tink juss from the last month's JICC event...my attitude has changed bout this...juss seein da children play their hardcore Bible quiz game...n hearin their answers to these questions..i mainly realized dat even tho i may not c the fruits of the labour rite away..it doesnt mean dere isnt n e ....n i cant expect immediate change to occur..all fruits take time to ripe...i juss gotta b patient..n joyful to kno dat God has used me in some way...heck Scotland gained their freedom after William Wallace died...

alrite im done writin on dis topic..sorry if my thoughts were all over the place...i kno itz pretty scattered..i juss wrote wuteva came into my mind....
