UTCCF Graduation Dinner 2006

So last night was Grad. Dinner for UTCCF, and it was held at Sky Dragon once again. We went from the basement of Kowloon (grad dinner two years ago) to the top floor of Dragon City. But anyways, lots of people were there last night heard there about 60ish people. It was great to see a lot of familiar faces once again, even the some of the grads from last year came back to celebrate as well. Surely, this year probably had the most people graduating or switching to another skool for another program (like Patricia going back to HK for dentistry).

All the grad gifts were amazing, especially the song for Camila and the rap song for Derek. All the grad. speeches were really good too, just hearing what UTCCF meant to these individuals. Most of the grads were frosh when I was, so it will be sad to see these people go, especially those that are going back to their homes in other cities or countries.

CONGRATULATION to all of you guys. May God continue to bless you and be with you wherever you go. That He will continue to use you to touch the lives of those around you like how you touched ours. Yuan said it best "We'll always got your back"

was watching LOTR: Two Towers tonight..and from all the dialogue and scenes these two lines stuck out the most to me...

haha mayb im just optimistic..or the fact that i KNOW in my mind and heart that God holds everything in those HUGE hands of His...but no matter what the struggle might be...no matter how stress i can be...no matter how difficult the task...no matter how down i might be...i know it is just a passing phase...and the storm will past and the sun will shine once again...and i will get up and dust myself off and just keep on going forward...

so went to CCF elections tonite...just great to hear the candidates' visions and hear how passionate they are for UofT and for the fellowship....and just wanna congratulate newly elected committee..mike, gizelle, tianne, grace, lemuel, jon and yuan....will truly pray for you guys and the fellowship

so a questions that came up a lot tonite as i was talkin to ppl was "are you coming back to CCF next year after PEY is done?"

n my answer rite now is.."i don't know"...gotta wait and see what the result of this summer will be

lastly, it's always a great feeling to walk into CCF ..even after being absent for so long..its still a home

the processor is overclocked and burning out...

just need to get through these couple of days...gotta make it to tuesday morning..

during Bible study last nite...tho off-topic...yvonne said something..i guess i really needed to hear...it went something on the lines of... "believing is not enough...gotta trust and obey"
