the aftermath

the last couple days since ive been back from st.louis has been restful whether i was just gaming at home or out with friends...this is just my way of preparing for the new semester starting next week

so how was my trip? it was amazing despite the fact that i was sick and the several nosebleeds i had during the week. it was just an incredible time of learning n getting to know other individuals better from my church. God has definitely open my eyes during that week to see what He is doing all over the world n to see 22,000 students gathering. at the same time, God has definitely spoken to me on a more personal level with the call to purity in my life n to unity within the church, as well as, just understanding my identity and how i may fit into His soveregin plan.

2006 ended on a major high note, who knows what God has in store for the year to come. it'll definitely be another year of change

just a bit longer..

my last exam for this semester was last tuesday and now after two days of rest, i finally found the time to look back on the past semester and reflect a bit.

sidenote: i've been forced to stay awake because i have to drive my parents to the airport at 3am AHHH im so tired ...this is worst than staying up to studying

so my second last semester at UofT has ended and I can only prayed that all went well in the end..this semester has been quite rough just found it really hard to get back into the school mode after a year of not being in full-time studies...and it surely didn't help at all with 3 computer science courses which has heavy loads of work

but i must say this past semester i have relied on God a lot more...when i was so sure i was going to fail or just simply doing bad in the course God has not only kept me afloat but kept my head way above the water...and for this i can only be thankful...it has definitely been hard learning to let go...learning to understand that i can only take myself so far...whether i really did passed my courses or not doesnt matter because i KNOW He'll take care of me either way

5 more months of school ... who knows what God has in store for next semester

sidenote #2: my grandpa is getting baptized in hong kong in march

challenged...

so today marks the end of a very short lived small group at ccf...i was kind of shocked to hear that my small group was only meant for the 1st semester...but it's great to hear that God has placed burden in Tianne (our small group leader) to do other things in the next semester...

so Tianne asked me quite an interesting question today or should i say challenged me today...and her question went a little something like this "you're only at UofT for a little more than 5 months from now, what are some final things you want to do at UofT before you leave? What is God telling you do before you leave this campus?"

though my thoughts have been very incoherent lately...and my mind seem to be everywhere and nowhere, i find myself sitting here pondering...
